I LOVE this movie!!!!! No matter how many times I watch it, it's still amazing!!!!- Squid23over 8 yearsThis movie was my least favorite! In the beginning it was good, and the music was good and then when you came closer to the end everyone just started dying randomly! Spoiler alert: the bakers wife just died by falling off a cliff, jack's mom died from a SLAP and they all just left her body there! I mean, the deaths were just crazy! The actors in the movie were great though, but just because a movie has a bunch of famous people in it doesn't make it good!

The Into the Woods was a a musical performed on Broadway before created into a movie. Into the Woods combines several fairy tales such as Jack and the Beanstalk, Little Red Riding hood, Cinderella, Rapunzel, and a backer and his wife are also woven into all of the fairy tales. These are not the Disney versions of the fairy tales but the real fairy tales, which are scarier. The backer and his wife find out from the witch next door that their house has been cursed and that their family tree would be forever barren. Although the witch could reverse the curse if they got a cape as red as blood, a cow as white as milk, hair as yellow as corn, and slippers as pure as gold in three days. All of the fairy tales are woven into one another to create a funny and exciting story. The music is well written. I would really recommend spending the time to watch this movie!
